Tidied by K follows REPO, their proprietary 4-step process to take back your home. But before we dive into REPO, we kick every project off with a Space Audit (TBK’s version of a consultation). This gives us the opportunity to meet each other and gives me the opportunity to see your space. Additionally, I’ll learn more about your biggest aspirations for your space and from there I can offer you a package to meet your specific needs.

REPO is broken into 4 steps:

1/2. Refine and Edit: This is the most hands on you’ll have to be, (although you can participate more if you’d like… or not!). We will work through the goals you have for each space we’re tackling and I will coach you through the process of editing the items you currently own to make space for the items you absolutely love, use, and need.

3. Placement: It’s time to organize. I will work to create functional and beautiful systems that will work for you. Now that everything you own is what you actually love, use, and need, it’s only a matter of finding the most perfect way to display it so that it is accessible, functional, and organized.

4. Order: During this phase, it’s time to honor the work. Now, we focus on walking you through the systems to ensure you know which habits need to be cancelled and what new habits and routines you need to adopt. This phase is all about honoring boundaries to maintain the order.

Space Audits are our version of a consultation. They’re our time to connect, learn about your space, your needs, and ultimately see if Tidied by K is the perfect organizer for you. Currently, virtual space audits are complimentary. If an in-person space audit is requested or recommended, a $75 fee is required. This fee is deducted from your overall package price should you decide to move forward.

I aim to keep virtual Space Audits around 30 minutes. In-person space audits lasts about 45-60 minutes.

Additionally, Tidied by K travels for out of state projects. On top of your regular organizing rate, additional fees like a travel percentage, travel and lodging fare, a per diem, and car rental will be included into your recommended investment.

It depends on a host of variables: the level of organization you want to achieve, the amount of actual physical clutter you have, and how quickly you make decisions are a few to note. All of these factors determine how long each individual project will take. Our team works efficiently and will do our best to quote you a realistic estimated completion time.

For reference, our most popular package is our 6 session package. With 6 sessions we can tackle several spaces in your home.

No, products needed to complete your project are not included in the quote provided to you. Products usually range in between 30-40% of your project costs.
No, you ultimately have the final say so on what stays in your home. However, please note the more items you own and decide to keep, the longer projects may take and the more money you may need to spend to invest in products to meet your needs.
You can submit payments through ACH, credit card, and PayPal. Payment plans are available upon request for packages over $3,000. If you would like a payment plan, please be sure to request it during our Space Audit Call.

During your onboarding, you will submit an inspiration board to me that showcases your desired aesthetic. I will shop within your aesthetic and budget.

This depends on several things:

1. Quantity of your items: How much of your items are you keeping?

2. What’s your style: What is your desired aesthetic for your space?

A small, closet-like pantry can range from $200-$400+

Note: A safe budget is about 30-40% of your project costs

Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate budgets. If you opt in for a package that differs from the recommendation, we will inform you of the spaces we can tackle within the preferred package.
