Tidied By K Refund Policy

Tidied by K does not guarantee a full refund for the cancellation of its services. If you change your mind after paying for a certain service, Tidied by K will act on the policy here within. Tidied by K will refund or cancel any services according to the following guidelines: 

  1. If you don’t want Tidied by K to start the project at all, you can ask for a full refund within 72 hours only of making payment. This applies to all non-business days (for example, if you make a purchase on Friday, you must cancel by Monday, close of business day at 5pm EST at the latest to receive a refund.). If you contact Tidied by K to cancel a project that has already begun, Tidied by K will deduct proportionally and refund you accordingly.
  2. In the event that incorrect information was provided by you, Tidied by K will not refund partial amounts or full amounts in the case that a project has commenced and/or has been completed.
  3. If you sign up for a service and we feel that we can’t do the project for you at that moment due to safety or hazardous concerns, or for any reason at all, Tidied by K will issue you a refund excluding any hours already dedicated to your project. This includes both in-person service hours and backend work hours dedicated to your project.
  4. If you request a refund or cancellation within the time period stated in this policy and your account has still been charged, Tidied by K will refund 100% of that amount. Tidied by K does not offer any refunds for funds spent on products, for the services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non-recoverable for Tidied by K. If you don’t want to continue using any of Tidied by K services and wish to cancel or have any questions, comments or concerns about our refund and cancellation policy, you may contact us at organized@tidiedbyk.com. Be sure to include your full name, email, and the service you want cancelled. Include “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line.
  5. All refunds and cancellation requests must be made in writing. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from Tidied by K. The confirmation email will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.

We strongly believe that our services will be beneficial to you. We always strive to make your experience enjoyable and stress-free. Tidied by K reserves the right to modify any provisions of the refund and cancellation policy without notice.
